My name is Talia Butler. My love for the creative aspect of the culinary arts was inspired by my father who is a master at improvising amazing dishes and flavors. I also take inspiration from my former life working as a researcher in a lab.
When I moved to the beautiful Anderson Valley to start my own family, I nourished and rekindled my love for the kitchen and experimented a lot with alternative baking. (Ask me about any food restrictions that you have, we'll find a way to work with it.) 
Mendocino Cakes was born from my love for food and for celebrations of all kinds. I love taking part in people's most joyful moments by making delicious desserts and adding unique custom touches.
